浅谈高校行政管理专业学生法治观念的培养——基于《法学概论》课程教学的思考

On Legal Concept Training Towards Administration Students

由于高校行政管理专业学生在未来工作中大多承担着领导者和管理者的角色,因而培养该专业学生的法律至上观念、法律面前人人平等观念、权利观念、民主观念等法治观念应作为《法学概论》课程的重要教学目标。本课程教学过程中应该针对该专业学生的特点,以上述教学目标为中心,科学选择教学内容,加强学科知识间融通,通过多种学习途径和教学方法,不断提高教学的效果和质量。

The students of administrative major will mostly play the role of leaders and managers,and thus developing their concept of ruling by law should be an important teaching objective of the course ＂Introduction to Law＂.We should continuously improve the effectiveness and quality of the teaching by selecting teaching contents and various channels to meet students’ characteristics teaching objectives in the teaching process.
