当前学校法制教育的现状及应对之策

Current Situation of Legal Education in the Schools and Countermeasures

无论从中小学还是大学来说,目前我们法制教育都存在形式化和边缘化的状态,这种教育模式严重影响中国法治化进程,没有学校法制教育的基石,法治化便无从谈起。当前急需解决的是在课程设置上突破传统的法制教育模式,设置独立的法律课程,并增加课程的教学时间。

Nowadays,legal education is formulated and marginalized both in primary schools,middle schools and in Universities,which seriously affects the process of ruling by law in China.Without legal education in schools as a cornerstone ruling by laws cann’t be realized at all.To break the traditional pattern of legal education in the curriculum,set independent legal courses and increase the class periods is urgent countermeasures.
