网民社会推论的常见偏差分析——以药家鑫事件为例

Common Deviations of Internet Users' Social Inference——Taking Yao Jiaxin Event as an example

推论是综合或组合多样的复杂的信息,并将他们组织成一个判断的过程。社会推论是社会认知中的核心问题。由于网络的特殊性,网络群体性事件中,网民在信息收集、整合、推论过程中都会出现偏差。以药家鑫事件为例,对网民在社会推论中的常见偏差,主要从网络信息的窄化、网民的从众心理、去个性化、易情绪化和刻板印象五方面进行分析,网民应该充分利用网络信息,应该坚持自我,应养成自律的好习惯,不应该情绪化,盲目从众。

Inference is a process in which various kinds of complex information is integrated or combined to form a judgment. Social inference is the core of social cognition. Because of the particularity of the network, deviations tend to occur in network group events in the process of Interact users＂ information collection, integration and inference. Taking Yao Jiaxin Event as an example, this paper analyzes some common deviations of Internet users＂ social inference mainly from the following five aspects： the narrowing of network information, netizens＂ group psychology, deindividuation, moodiness and inflexible impression. And then this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, for example, Internet users should make full use of network information, insist on themselves, form a good habit of self-discipline, and avoid being emotional and following the crowd blindly.
