古代识字教材的创新之作——古歙州胡氏《两得心知》

A Creative Textbook of Learning Chinese Characters——Learning Chinese Characters with Ease written by Hu Weizhi in Shezhou

新发现的《两得心知》是歙州塾师胡为治于1849年左右编成、后经多人修订且曾在徽州被广泛传抄的一种全新的识字教材。其基于汉字特点、儿童心理和生活实用等原则,对传统识字教材的弊端做了纠正,确立了口语化、常用性的选字标准,采用了情境化、归类式的识字方式,对当前基础教育改革中小学识字教材的编写及识字教学实施来说,都有很大的借鉴价值。

A textbook concerning an easy way of learning Chinese characters entitled Learning Chinese Character with Ease was recently discovered. Compiled by Hu Weizhi in 1849, who worked as a family teacher in Shezhou （an ancient name for Huizhou）, it was revised many times and widely copied as a new textbook for teaching Chinese characters. This textbook takes the features of Chinese character, children＇s psychology and practical value into consideration, and provides many improvements to traditional textbooks on character teaching. This textbook selects colloquial and often-used characters as its content, and characters are classified and taught under a certain context. Learning Chinese Characters with Ease, to some extent, can bring great value to the compilation of textbook on teaching and learning Chinese characters needed in the contemporary reform of fundamental education.
