Comparative Analysis of National Innovative Competitiveness of Emerging Economies

本文构建了国家创新竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上评价比较分析了2001-2009年11个新兴经济体国家创新竞争力及其各要素的得分和排名变化情况,提炼总结了新兴经济体国家创新竞争力的四点变化特征,以期明示新兴经济体各国创新竞争力的优劣势和相对地位,找出新兴经济体国家创新竞争力的变化规律,为各国不断培育发展新优势、抢占未来科技发展战略制高点,提供分析依据和决策参考。

This article establishes the evaluation system of national innovative competitiveness and com- paratively analyzes the scores and ranking changes of national innovative competitiveness and its various ele- ments of 11 emerging economies during the period 2001 -2009. Then, it summarizes four characteristics of national innovative competitiveness of these emerging economies. It is expected that the analysis could ex- press the advantages and disadvantages, and relative position of national innovative competitiveness of each emerging economy, and is helpful to identify the change rule of national innovative competitiveness of emerging economies. The study provides a reliable analysis basis and decision-making reference for each emerging economy to continuously develop new strengths and seize the strategic high ground for future devel- opment of science and technology.
