临床医学专业病理生理学讨论式教学的思考

Some Thoughts on Discussion-based Teaching of Pathophysiology for Clinical Medicine Specialty

针对临床医学专业病理生理学开展讨论式教学进行探讨。讨论式教学包括自学、讨论和总结三个部分。结合典型病例进行自学,学习"如何学";以小班形式展开讨论,学习"如何学得更好";教师作总结,学习"如何举一反三"。讨论式教学有利于培养个性化的学习方法,有利于提高学生的综合素质,也有利于提升教师的教学水平。

The paper discusses discussion-based teaching in pathophysiology class for clinical medicine specialty. It includes three parts： self-study, discussion and summary. The self-study process com- bined with typical cases enables students to learn ＂how to learn,＂ and the following discussion process enables students to learn ＂how to learn better,＂ and finally the teacher makes a summary that will foster students＇ ability of ＂how to draw inferences about other cases from one instance. ＂ This type of teaching can not only help cultivate students＇ individual learning method and improve their compre- hensive quality, but also further improve teachers＇ teaching ability.
