Operative surgical base is an important part of surgical base teaching. It is the important ache whether the medicos can become excellent doctors. The thesis analyses the students＇ problem in their studys, and discusses ＇the strategies of how to improve the quality of surgical teaching, aiming to estab-lish a solid foundation for the cultivation of the medicos.
