摘要
文章针对某款乘用车在怠速工况下的方向盘振动问题进行了怠速振动试验,系统分析了引起方向盘振动的主要因素,利用有限元分析方法寻找最佳的优化方案以提高转向系统模态。对比优化前后的试验数据,方向盘的振动加速度得到明显改善。
In this paper, the steering wheel vibration phenomenon is studied by steering wheel vi- bration test under idle condition. The main factors causing the steering wheel vibration are analyzed. The finite element analysis method is used to find the best optimization scheme to improve the steering system modal. The results of the comparison of the test data before and after optimization show that the vibration acceleration of steering wheel is improved obviously.
