摘要
文章采用2个新型三阶阶梯阻抗谐振器构建了一种新型超宽带(UWB)带通滤波器。为了增加耦合强度,4个λ/4的耦合线被平行放置于输入输出端,前2个谐振频率被调整在UWB带宽(3.1~10.6GHz)内。通过优化后,该滤波器具有4个传输极点,频带宽度在3.6~10.5GHz,基本满足超宽带的传输要求。实例仿真结果显示所设计的滤波器具有低插入损耗和较好的带外特性等优点。
A compact ultra-wideband(UWB) bandpass filter is proposed by using a pair of tri-section stepped-impendence resonators(SIRs). In order to enhance the coupling degree, four quarter-wave- length parallel-coupled lines are longitudinally stretched in the input and output sides, and the first two resonant frequency of this resonator are properly adjusted to be placed within the UWB( 3.1-10. 6 GHz). After the optimization of this filter, a good UWB bandpass behavior with four transmission poles is realized, the passband is 3.6-10.5 GHz, fundamentally meeting the UWB transmission re- quirements. The simulation result shows that the designed filter has advantages of low insertion loss and good stopband performance.
