解读美国密西根州立大学评估中心在护生综合能力培养中的经验 被引量:2

Experiences of cultivating comprehensive nursing capability from Assessment Center in Michi- gan State University

摘要 从课程设置、组织形式和开展方式等方面分析了美国密西根州立大学护理学院在该校评估中心的配合下开展模拟实验教学的特点;并针对我国目前护理实验教学的现状,在借鉴相关经验的基础上,提出改进建议,以期有效培养国内护生的综合能力,提高岗位胜任力。 This article analyzed the prominent features of simulated experiment teaching in the Nursing College of Michigan State University under the guidance of assessment center from three as- pects: course offering, organization and practiced manner. This article also proposed some suggestions for simulated experiment in view of the present situation, aiming at effectively training nursing students' comprehensive capability and improving their occupation competency.
