Research on the Development of College Students’ Online Venture Ability

网上创业已成为解决大学生就业问题的一个重要渠道和平台,也是大学生实现自我发展的需要。如何引导大学生网上创业和培养其网上创业能力是本文主要研究的内容。从当前大学生就业和创业形势出发,分析归纳了大学生网上创业所要具备的主要能力,提出从课堂教学、专题讲座、社团活动、社会实践和模拟竞赛几个方面综合培养大学生网上创业能力。最后给出大学生网上创业应注意的几个主要问题。

Online venture has become an important channel and platform to solve the issue of employment of college students, and has realized the need for self-development of college students. How to guide the online business and develop the online venture ability is the research content of this article. Based on the current employment and entrepreneurial situation of college students, this paper analyzes and summarizes the online venture abilities which are needed, and proposes to cultivate the online venture abilities of college students from the aspects of classroom instruction, seminars, community activities, social practice and simulation contest. Finally, it points out several key issues about online venture which college students should pay attention to.
