摘要
以衡水地区衡水籍外出新生代农民工就业状况为例,进行基本调查,并对这一群体外出就业特点进行描述。在此基础上分析这一群体在外出就业中存在如下问题:1)新生代农民工管理混乱;2)新生代农民工幸福感的缺失;3)新生代农民工基本素质与就业市场需求不吻合;4)劳务市场体系有待完善;5)新生代农民工的心理素质与都市文明不同步;6)新生代农民工、工头和用人单位之间的法律程序或劳动合同条款不完善。针对问题,在制度层面、管理层面、社会环境层面向衡水政府以及务工地政府提出一些对策和建议。
The author conducted a basic survey on the employment status of the new generation migrant workers ( Hengshui origin) in Hengshui area and made a description of the characteristics of them. On the basis of the analysis, this group has the following employment problems: the disordered management; state of being unhappy; the disagreement between their basic quality and the employment market demand; the labor market system that needed to be perfected; non-synchronous psychological quality and the urban civilization; the imperfect legal procedure or labor contract terms among the new generation migrant workers, the boss and the employing unit. The author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the governments of Hengshui and the work place in its system, management and social environment.
