根据《教师教育课程标准》所倡导的"育人为本""实践取向""终身学习"的基本理念,高等院校应重新审视教师教育在各专业发展中的地位和方向。应该创新人才培养模式,重组教师教育机构,重新建构教师教育课程体系,对教育教学方法进行积极的探索和改革。

Based on the basic ideas of people-oriented education, practice orientation and lifelong learning advocated in Teacher Education Curriculum Standards, higher education institutions should reexamine the position and direction of teacher education in every specialty development, make innovative talent cultivation models, reorganize teacher education institutions, restructure teacher education curriculum system and explore and reform teaching methods actively.
