改革开放以来,我国高等教育呈现出了多元化、区域化等良好发展趋势。在这些趋势下地方高校也得到长足发展,但同时也存在着办学定位不准、资源不足等突出问题。地方高校只有通过改革,采取科学定位、优化学科、服务地方等措施才能健康发展。

Since the reform and opening-up, there has been a good trend of development for China＇ s higher education, a trend of diversified regionalization. Local colleges and universities have witnessed considerable development. Some problems have arisen such as vagueness in school-running orientation and a lack of resources. Therefore, local universities can only develop further in a healthy way by reforming, adopting scientific orientation, optimize disciplines and serving the locals.
