不孕妇女FSHR基因多态性检测及卵巢功能与临床结局的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不孕妇女卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)基因第10外显子多态性现象,并分析其与卵巢功能及治疗结局的关系。方法采用DNA直接测序法对58例实施体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子显微注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)新鲜周期的不孕症患者进行FSHR基因第10外显子Ala307Thr及Ser680Asn位点检测。根据Ala307Thr位点检测结果分为AA组、AT组及TT组,并比较3组间的临床和实验室指标及妊娠结局。结果 3组间bFSH、bE2、AFC、Gn天数、Gn剂量、获卵数、MⅡ卵率、优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FSHR基因第10外显子Ala307Thr及Ser680Asn多态性可能影响卵巢反应性,与卵巢功能改变相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between follicle -stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) polymorphisms and ovarian response in Ningxia Chinese women with infertility. Methods The Ala307Thr and Ser680Asn of FSHR was amplified by DNA fragments were sequenced to determine the genotype of FSHR. The women were divided into three groups according to the results of Ala307Thr: group A/A, group A/T and groupT/T. The basic clinical information and laboratory data in FSHR genotype groups was ana- lyzed. Results The bFSH, bE2 , AFC, the days of Gn stimulation, retrieved oocytes, mature oocytes rate, high quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate were no significant difference between three groups. Conclusion The results indicate that the variants of FSHR may be associated with the response of ovarian.
