辅助生殖技术子代出生缺陷的分析报告 被引量:12

Analysis on birth defects of 220 pregnant cases by assisted reproductive technologies

摘要 目的探讨辅助生殖技术(ART)子代出生缺陷情况及影响因素。方法回顾性分析并比较不同方式助孕妊娠的220例患者子代出生缺陷率,初步探讨其影响因素。结果 220例患者子代出生缺陷率为2.27%;体外受精-胚胎移植和卵泡浆内单精子显微注射、鲜胚移植和冻融胚胎移植助孕子代出生缺陷率分别为2.33%和2.20%、2.19%和2.70%,均高于卫生部公布的2010年全国出生缺陷率149.9/万;不同助孕方式组间子代出生缺陷发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ART子代发生出生缺陷可能与辅助生殖技术、亲代低生育力、孕母年龄、体重指数(BMI)及多次自然流产史、胎儿数有关。结论告知不孕患者ART的潜在风险是必要的,不同助孕方式子代出生缺陷率差异无统计学意义。 Objective To investigate and analyze the condition of birth defects among offspring by assisted reproductive technol- ogy (ART) and .their relevant factors. Methods Birth defects cases among ART offspring were retrospectively analyzed from 220 preg- nant cases undergoing ART'in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University between April 2008 and March 2011. The rate of birth de- fects and its factors between different ART were compared and discussed. Results The rate of birth defects among offspring was 2.27% in our center by ART; 2.33%, 2.20%, 2.19% and 2.70% was in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer ( IVF - ET) ,intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), fresh and freeze embryo transfer respectively. Those were all higher than the reported rate 149.9/100000 by health ministry in 2010 in nationwide among all delivery cases, but there was no difference between different ART (P 〉0.05). Birth de- fects among ART offspring was closely related with ART, low fertility, age of mother, body mass index of mother, the abortion history of mother and the number of baby. Conclusion The birth defects rate of offspring from ART is higher. There are no significant different on birth defects rate between assisted reproductive technologies, but those need more cumulate data and research.
