辅助生殖技术流产因素分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的分析经辅助生殖技术治疗,获得临床妊娠但发生流产或易位妊娠的临床指标,总结相关数据,为进一步改善临床妊娠率提供可参考资料。方法对实施体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)1 210例周期,以电话随访为主,辅以信件和邮件等方式,获得妊娠结局的新鲜周期236个,冻融胚胎移植周期55个。同期新鲜周期发生流产共30例,异位妊娠6例,对新鲜周期单胎流产临床资料进行比较,对其助孕的各个环节指标进行归纳分析。结果①流产组在注射HCG日的E2水平(2 650.3±483.9)pmol/L高于正常妊娠组的(1 660.5±167.7)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②移植后14 d,流产组HCG水平(299.83±286.34)mIU/ml低于正常妊娠组的(623.38±606.92)mIU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HCG日的E2水平及移植后14d HCG水平是预测妊娠结局的指标。
