Technical Research and Practice of Small-size Skid-mounted NGL Unit

结合小型橇装天然气液化装置的建设实践,通过方案比选采用醇胺(MDEA)脱酸、分子筛脱水、氨预冷混合制冷剂制冷的生产工艺。阐述了该橇装液化装置的工艺流程及各橇块的组成。

Combined with the construction practice of small-size skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction（NGL） unit, the production processes of MDEA deacidification, molecular sieve dehydration and ammonia pre-cooled mixed refrigerant refrigeration are determined by comparison and selection of the schemes. The technological process of small-size skid-mounted NGL unit and the composition of each skid module are described.
