摘要
对燃气热水器能效评价测试中的变负荷调节技术进行研究,确定以电动调节阀为主、变频调节为辅的调节控制方案,基于KINGVIEW平台根据串级控制算法编写控制程序,实现对水量的稳定调节,从而保证热负荷快速、准确的调节,有效减少了热负荷偏差对能效评价的影响。
The variable load regulation technology in testing of energy efficiency evaluation of gas water heater is studied. The control scheme of using electric control valve as the primary method and fre- quency control motor as the auxiliary method is determined. According to cascade control algorithm, the control program was compiled based on the KINGVIEW platform, and the stable regulation of water rate is achieved, ensuring rapid and exact regulation of heat load. The influence of heat load deviation on the energy efficiency evaluation is effectively decreased.
