探讨燃气企业风险管理活动现状与国外风险管理模式和理论,揭示在特许经营环境下燃气企业经营活动的潜在风险,提出了构建风险内控体系的思路及方法。
The current situation of gas enterprise risk management activities and foreign risk man- agement patterns and theories are introduced. The potential risk of gas enterprise business activities in franchise environment is revealed. The thinking and method for construction of risk internal control system are put forward.
