摘要
根据目前以设计为龙头的工程公司现状,对其进行EPC工程总承包的组织构架与人力资源、设计及新技术、新工艺应用、工程分包、设备采购、项目管理等风险进行分析,并对风险控制方法作初步探讨。
According to present condition of engineering company with design as lead, many risks are analyzed for EPC engineering general contracting in this paper, such as organization framework and human resources, design and new technologies, application of new processes, project subcontracting, equipment procurement, project management etc, meanwhile, methods of risk control are preliminarily discussed.
