摘要
本文采用系统综述的方法,从孤独感的概念和分类、测量工具、老年人孤独感的发生率及在不同社会人口学特征个体中的分布、老年人孤独感的相关因素等角度,描述分析了老年期孤独感研究的现况,提出下一阶段研究应发展文化敏感性的孤独感测量工具,为今后据此制定旨在降低老年人孤独感的社区/个体干预措施提供科学依据。
This review descriped the concepts, classifications, measurements and rates of loneliness, its distribution across sociodemographic characteristics, and the related factors of loneliness among elderly people. Further researches should focus on the development of cultural sensitive measurement of loneliness, the understanding of loneliness among the Chinese elderly, and initiating community/individual intervention strategies targeting loneliness of elderly.
