通过分析校企合作的实训途径,发现旅游专业实训教师的培养、发展的途径方面的不足。通过对校企深度合作的创新模式分析,比较创新的实训模式优势,指出校企深度合作为实训教师的发展提供了更加有效的途径。

Through the analysis of the training ways of school - enterprise cooperation, the author found the deficiency of tourism training teachers＂ professional training and development ways. Based on the analysis of innovation mode of deep cooperation between college and enterprise ,, and the comparison of the relatively innovative advantage of training mode, it pointed out that the deep cooperation between college and enterprise provides a more effective way for training teachers＂ development.
