摘要
由于拉萨地区特殊的地理环境和恶劣的天气条件,大大增加了航空公司在成都-拉萨的运行难度。传统程序受地基导航设备的限制,而RNP程序基于星基导航源,不受地基导航设备限制,提高了运行的灵活性以及安全余度。RNP程序在蓉-拉航线的推广,降低了航线运行难度,保障了游客的出行,降低了运营成本,增加了经济效益,增加了航班时刻容量,提高了机场利用率,更好地保证飞行安全。
Special geographical environment and harsh weather conditions of the Lhasa area greatly increase the difficulty of the operation of airlines in Chengdu - Lhasa. Traditional processes are subject to the limitations of ground - based navigation devices, while RNP procedures based on satellite - based navigation source are not subject to ground -based navigation equipment limitations, and the latter im- prove operational flexibility and security redundancy. RNP procedures' promotion in Chengdu - Lhasa route reduces the difficulty of route running, protects the tourists travel, reduces operational costs, increases economic efficiency, increases the flight time capacity, improves the utilization of the airport, and better ensures the safety of flight.
