Competitive sports was a special cultural phenomenon of sports, the Olympic Games was a sports culture as its core activities in the form. In this paper, the relationship between the sports culture and high-quality personnel training from different perspective was researched, the values and its main features were described from the material level, institutional level, and spiritual level.
