摘要 以COSMOSWorks有限元分析软件为基础,通过采用设置相触面组的方法,实现了对全向侧面叉车起重系统承载特性的整体分析。同时采用电测法对全向侧面叉车起重系统的承载特性进行了实验测量。实验测量结果与有限元理论计算结果的吻合程度较好,误差基本在10%的允许范围内,从而验证了有限元分析的正确性和可靠性,确保了起重系统能够安全、高效地作业,也为后续的结构优化设计奠定了基础。 By setting contact sets, this paper achieved the overall analysis resuhs of the mechanical properties with omni - directional side - loading forklift truck lifting system based on COSMOSWorks, and also made an experimental measurements to the omni - directional side - loading forklift truck lifting system by electrical measuring method. There was a good relevance between experimental data and calculation values, and the deviation was basically within the 10 percent allowed. In this way it verified the correctness and reliability of the finite element analysis by experimental measurements. Ensured the omni - direction and side - loading forklift truck lifting system could be safe and efficient to work, and also laid a founda- tion for subsequent structural optimization.
