摘要
素质教育是以提高民族素质为宗旨的教育。素质教育是中国高职教育的中心要素之一。高职院校的本质决定其必须深入探索非政治素质教育的实现形式、主体与空间。提出了高职院校实施非政治素质教育应当遵循的原则。
The quality education is to enhance the national quality for the purpose of education. Quality education is one of the center factors of China vocational education. Vocational colleges must deeply explore the execution form, subject and space of non-political character education because of the nature of vocational colleges. The principles obeyed during non-political character education in vocational colleges are put forward.
