摘要
水电、核电、风电是目前全球倡导优先开发的绿色能源,而在这三大能源资源中,水能又是我国最丰富的能源资源,也是中国现有能源中唯一可以大规模开发的清洁、可再生能源,大力开发利用水能对实现可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
Nuclear power , hydro power and wind power is the priority to development resources in the word. Hydro resources is most abundant resources in China ,which is also the only one with the characteristic of clean and renewable that can be development in a large scale, so vigorously development and utilization of the hydropower has the vital significance in.
