摘要
文章就"地沟油"提取脂肪酸生产环保型皂粉清洁工艺中脂肪酸提取的pH值、水解时间、蒸馏温度及皂粉生产中喷粉塔进口温度的选择等进行了研究,得出了提取脂肪酸和生产环保型皂粉生产的最佳工艺条件,提高了脂肪酸和环保型皂粉得率,并对脂肪酸提取中产生的副产物综合利用,开辟了"地沟油"利用加工的新途径,延长了产业链,节约了资源,保护了环境.
This paper describes the green production technology of extracting fatty acid and producing environment friendly soap powder from waste oil. The effects of PH, hydrolysis time, distillation temperature extracting fatty acid and Inlet temperature for the production of soap powder dusting tower were discussed to arrive at the best extracting fatty acid and environment friendly soap powder production process conditions, and improve the production rate, and promote comprehensive utilization of byproduct from the extracting fatty acid, opened up new ways of waste oil processing, and to extend the industrial chain, saving resources and protecting the environment.
