Water and Soil Conservation Measures in Process of Highway Construction in Xinjiang Region

新疆地区是我国生态环境最脆弱的地区,而公路建设对生态环境的影响极大,这就要求在公路建设中做好水土保持设计工作,建立起完善公路工程水土流失防治体系,以提高新疆地区公路建设项目的水土保持水平,实现公路建设与生态保护的和谐统一。

Xinjiang region is the most vulnerable regions of ecological environment in China. We should do well water and soil conservation design because the highway construction has the greatest impact on the ecologi cal environment. We should establish water and soil conservation systems to improve the level of water and soil conservation about the highway construction projects to achieve harmony and unity of the highway construction and ecological protection.
