摘要 大力开发低谷用电 ,充分享受低谷电价政策 ,不仅给社会带来效益 ,同时给用户带来实惠。从这一思路入手 ,对利用低谷电进行制热并蓄热、峰值释热这一蓄热式中央热水系统进行了技术分析。并通过一个实例进行了经济性比较 ,得出了随着“峰谷分时电价”的出台 ,从国家的宏观政策和用户的经济利益考虑 ,中央热水采用电热水机组蓄热形式供应 ,具有良好而广阔的前景 。 The down price policy in low loading time of energy consumption is about to be issued and it will be very beneficial to the users. In this paper the electrothermal accumulator based central hot water system, which spends power in low loading period for thermal accumulation and releases the heat in high loading period for hot water supply was discussed technically and economically and it is believed that the feasibility and necessity to develop this system have been established. The perspective of this system is wide both for the national macro power policy and the economical interest of the users.
