摘要
针对超声检测中回波信号是经过缺陷、界面反射多次叠加,形成突变主要体现在高频成分中的特点,采用三次Hermite插值算法求取原始信号的包络线,然后对去除包络后信号进行分析,波包峰值的大小可以反映玻璃纤维上面板内部缺陷的尺寸。
Piecewise cubic Hermite interpolation arithmetic is used for exWacting the envelope from original ultrasonic echo. Accord- ing to the character of the ultrasonic echo, reserve the high frequency component that reflect the signal changing originated from ultrasonic echo superpositions which the internal defect and the interface reflect. Then it analyzes the signal processed by above method. The test by data of detection proved that the peak of the signal shows the size of the internal defect.
