摘要
轧钢加热炉炉膛温度的稳定性将直接影响加热炉的加热效率和加热质量。但由于在生产过程中加热炉中的加热坯料需要周期性的进出,加热炉炉门将进行打开、关闭动作,此时,炉膛内的温度会产生很大波动,严重影响加热效果。原来采用的传统PID控制已经不能满足现代控制要求,现提出一种变结构模糊PID在线实时控制炉温,控制效果更加稳定。
