摘要
介绍了一种小型化高性能无刷直流电机伺服控制器的软硬件设计及实现。硬件上采用TMS320F28335型DSP为核心处理器,设计了三相全控桥式功率驱动电路和完成欠压、过流检测等检测保护电路。能通过CAN总线实现与上位机的高速通信并进行实时数据交换,应用PID算法实现电机的位置闭环和转速闭环数字调节。实验结果表明控制器基本满足200W以内的中小型无刷直流电机驱动控制需求。
A novel miniaturized brushless DC motor servo controller with high performance is proposed. The controller adoptTMS320F28335 as the core processor, and design three-phase full-bridge driving circuit, undervoltage sampling circuit and overcurrent sampling circuit. It has the capability of high-speed communication with the host via CAN bus and real-time data exchange, and achieve the digital control of speed and position by applying PID algorithm. The experiment results show that the development of the controller is successful, and it is primary meet the driving and control requirements of small and medium-sized BLDCM which below 200W.
