摘要
主要介绍了基于CMOS图像传感器(OV7620),闪速存储器和单片机AT89C51以及U盘控制芯片SL811HS的简易数码监控设备。介绍了USB总线和CMOS图像传感器的概况,并且分别详细讨论了USB接口芯片PDIUSBD12和CMOS图像传感器OV7620基本原理和使用方法。设计了适于高速图像采集的硬件系统,并编写了相应的软件,实现了800×600图像的实时传输和显示。整个系统由单片机控制,监控的结果以图像数据的形式存储在闪速存储器中,图像数据还可以通过USB接口传送到计算机中。
This paper presents a digital supervise device which is based on the CMOS Camera-Chips(OV7620),Flash Rom and Single-Chip Microcomputer(AT89C5 t)and Flash Disk Controller Chip(SL811HS). Also basic principle of the USB bus and CMOS image sensor are introduced in this paper, the principle and use of USB interface chip PDIUSBD12 and CMOS image sensor OV7620 are discussed in detail. The hardware system that are suitable for high speed image acquisition is designed and the accompany software is compiled. And it shows the ability of realtime transmission and displays of the video image of 800*600. The whole system is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer. The result of supervise is stored in the Flash-Rom in the style of picture-data, it may be transported to the computer through the USB device.
