摘要 设计了S7-200PLC与51系列单片机实现串行通信系统的硬件连接与软件实现的方案。通过RS232转RS485接口电路,将单片机硬件电路与PLC进行硬件的连接,以单片机为上位机,向PLC发送数据,控制PLC上三相异步电动机的正、反转。PLC通过异或校验码对接受到的数据进行核对,以进一步提高数据传输的可靠性,然后PLC将自身状态信息反馈给单片机,最终实现单片机能够正确的控制PLC及PLC正确反馈信息的操作。 In the dissertation, a scheme that can aecomplish hardware connection and software realization of serial communication which has been applicated in S7-200PLC and 51MCU. With the RS232 transforming to RS485 interface chip, it connected 51MCU development board to PLC by free port communication. As a host computer,51MCU send data to PLC and control positive rotation and reverse rotation of the three-phase asynchronous motor which connect to Pit2. To improve the reliability of data transmission, PLC check the received data by XOR cheek code. Then the state information of PLC will be sent back to 51MCU. In order to realize the right operation from 51MCU to PLC, the state information of PLC will be sent to the 51MCU in return.
