摘要
论述了薯干原料酒厂酒精糟液的处理技术 ,提出带式压滤机固液分离 UASB SBR的酒精槽液处理工艺。以某酒厂的应用实例说明工程设计方案。
This paper is focusing on comparing three basic treatment processes such as liquid solid separation, anaerobic fermentation and oxidation. The full scale of combination system of Pressure Filter UASB SBR for the treatment of potato fermentation distillers was studied. The result showed that after the effective separate of solid and liquid the UASB's volumetric COD loading could reach 8kgCOD/m 3 per day. The effluent reached the discharge standard.
