摘要
目的探讨海南红树林土壤层中真菌的分布特征。方法对采集自红树林土壤中的真菌菌株进行分离及纯化培养,通过对菌株的形态和培养特征观察,结合分子生物学方法进行rDNA ITS序列的测定及同源性分析,通过BLAST比对以及系统发育分析,确定其种属分类地位。结果从海南红树林土壤中共分离出325株真菌,共14个属,其中青霉属97株(29.84%)、木霉属73株(22.46%)、曲霉属65株(20.00%)、拟青霉菌属(6.46%)、枝孢属(4.31%)。结论海南红树林土壤中真菌资源丰富,优势真菌种群为青霉属、木霉属和曲霉属。
Objective To explore the distribution Characteristics of fungi from soil of mangrove in Hainan. Methods Isolation and culture fungi from mangrove soil samples on the PDA medium, identified and explore the taxonomic status of strains means of observation on morphology and cultural characteristics, combined with rDNA ITS sequences of squence and phylogenetic analysis. Results 325 fungus strains attained from mangrove soil samples were distributed in 14 genera, counting Penicillium sp.29.84%,Trichoderma sp.22.46%, AspergiUus sp.20.O0%, Paecilomyces sp.6.46%,Cladosporium sp.4.31%. Conclusion The fungi resouces in mangrove are abundant in Hainan. Penicillium sp., Trichoderma sp. and Aspergillus sp. were the main genera.
