破血化瘀填精补髓法治疗出血性中风临床研究

Observation of Method of Blood-breaking and Stasis-resolving plus Supplementing Body Essence and Marrow in 48 Cases with Hemorrhagic Stroke

目的观察破血化瘀填精补髓法治疗出血性中风血瘀髓虚证的临床疗效。方法将96例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,两组均使用西医基础治疗,治疗组同时口服中药脑出血Ⅰ号方(急性期)及脑出血Ⅱ号方(恢复期)。评价两组中风病中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度评分、临床疗效。结果两组治疗后各项指标较治疗前均显著下降,且以治疗组下降为著。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论破血化瘀填精补髓法治疗出血性中风急性期及恢复期血瘀髓虚证疗效显著优于单纯西医基础治疗,且未见不良反应。

Objective： To observe the effect of the method of blood-breaking and stasis-resolving plus supple- menting body essence and marrow in blood stasis and marrow deficiency syndrome of hemorrhagic apoplexy. Methods： 96 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 48 cases in each group. On the basis of the western therapies in 2 groups,the treatment group was used the Naochuxue Decoction I for acute period and the Naochuxue Decoction II for recovery period. These integrations were evaluated in 2 groups such as the TCM syndrome score,the neurological deficits score and the clinical effect. Results： After treatment,these indices were decreased remarkably in 2 groups. Moreover,the reduction degree in the treatment group was more significant comparing it in the control group. Meanwhile,the total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion：The effect of the method of blood-breaking and stasis- resolving plus supplementing body essence and marrow is better than that of the western basic therapies in treating acute period and recovery period of the hemorrhagic stroke with blood stasis and marrow deficiency syndrome . There are no adverse reactions in this TCM therapy.
