参附注射液对严重烧伤早期大鼠心脏功能保护作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察严重烧伤大鼠早期应用参附注射液后心脏功能的改变。方法健康雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分为正常组、假伤组、模型组和参附组,其中模型组和参附组处理致成30%TBSAⅢ°烧伤,于伤后6h检测血流动力学和心肌力学指标(SAP、DBP、LVSP、LVEDP、+LVdp/dtmax、-LVdp/dtmax),并分别在伤后12、24、48h 3个时相点检测其心肌酶谱(AST、LDH)的改变。结果烧伤后6h,模型组LVSP、+LVdp/dtmax、-LVdp/dtmax较对照组均明显降低,LVEDP明显增高,而给予参附组均较模型组明显减轻。同时参附组血清LDH、AST检测值也明显低于模型组。结论在严重烧伤早期应用参附注射液可以明显减轻心肌损害程度,改善心脏功能。 Objective: To observe the effects of Shenfu Injection on heart function of severe burned rat. Meth- ods: 80 SD male rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the sham injury group,the model group and the Shenfu Injection group. The model was established by 30% TBSA of full-thickness burns in SD rats. The my- ocardiac mechanics indices such as SAP, DBP,LVSP, LVEDP, +LVdp/dtmax and -LVdp/dtmax of all the rats were recorded after 6 h postburn,and the level of AST and LDH were measured at 12,24,48 postburn hour. Results: Compared with the control group, LVSP, +LVdp/dtmax and -LVdp/dtmax in the model group were decreased signifi- cantly. LVEDP was increased obviously. However,the degree of myocardium damage was decreased significantly and the contents including AST and LDH in the Shenfu Injeciton group were remarkably lower than those in the model group. Conclusion: Shenfu Injection can improve the rat's heart function and reduce the myocardium im- pair degree in the early stage severe burn.
