摘要
目的比较虫类药蜈蚣、地龙、地鳖虫水提物的镇痛作用。方法选择清洁级ICR小鼠,分为空白对照组、蜈蚣组、地龙组、地鳖虫组、美洛昔康组,采用热板法和扭体法实验比较蜈蚣、地龙、地鳖虫的镇痛作用。结果热板法疼痛实验,蜈蚣、地龙、地鳖虫水提物给药后与给药前比较小鼠舔足时间明显延长;其中在30、90、120 min时蜈蚣组与空白对照组比较,在120 min地龙组时与空白对照组比较;在120 min时地鳖虫组与美洛昔康组比较,差异均有统计学意义。其余各组各时间段与美洛昔康组相近。醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验,蜈蚣、地鳖虫组小鼠扭体次数明显减少,各组与美洛昔康组情况相近。结论蜈蚣、地龙、地鳖虫水提物对热板、醋酸导致的疼痛均有明显的缓解作用。其中蜈蚣在热板、醋酸导致的疼痛实验中表现出最强的镇痛作用,在热板法疼痛实验中地龙的镇痛作用强于地鳖虫,但是在醋酸致小鼠扭体反应实验中结果相反,表明地鳖虫短效镇痛作用较好,而地龙有长效的镇痛作用。
Objective: To compare the analgesic effect of Centipede,Earthworm and Eupolyphaga sinensis, Methods: The analgesic effect of Centipede,Earthworm and Eupolyphaga sinensis were observed by hotplate and acetic acid body torsion methods. Results: Centipede, Earthworm and Eupolyphaga sinensis prolonged pain laten- cy in mice and decreased the writhing number of induced by acetic acid. In hotplate method, Centipede remark- ably prolonged pain latency in mice when 30,90 and 120 min,and Earthworm at the time of 120min. In acetic acid body torsion method, compared with control group, Centipede and Ground Beetle showed obviously the differ- ence. Conclusion: Centipede,Earthworm and Eupolyphaga sinensis have analgesic effect. Centipede showed the strongest analgesic effect in the both experiment. In the hotplate experiment, analgesic effect of Earthworm is bet- ter than that of Eupolyphaga sinensis. The butthe results reversedinacetic acid body torsion method. So we conclud that Earthworm shows better short-acting analgesic action, and Eupolyphaga sinensis has better long-term effect.
