摘要
针对脉冲栅控行波管在批量生产过程中出现发射电流不稳定的现象,结合具体问题分别从阴极本身发射能力的一致性及电子枪内结构中的阴极-栅网距离等方面进行研究。结果表明通过建立阴极抽样检测方法可使阴极的发射良品率提高30%;适当控制阴极-栅网之间的距离,可避免电子枪的温度过低及脉冲电压高等现象,从而最终保证批量生产阴极发射电流的稳定性。
In mass production for the pulse grid-controlled TWT, the unstable phenomena of emission current is observed. The problem is analyzed and studied from two sides. First, we focus on the consistency of the emission ca- pability from cathode itself. Second, we notice that the distances between cathode and control grid are different in some products and do lots of research on the architecture of electron gun, especially to constable the distance between cathods and gid in it. The results show that the yield of cathode emission is improved by 30% by a building sampling test method of cathodes. The lower temperature of electron gun and the higher pulse voltage are avoided by controlling appropriately the distances between cathode and control grid. The above methods guarantee the stability of cathode's emission current.
