在工程项目风险管理概念及特点的基础上,对工程建设项目风险进行界定,并建立工程建设项目风险管理体系,确立风险识别流程,展开风险识别并分析具体原因,指出工程项目建设风险管理的对策。

Based on the concept and characteristic of construction project management,we defined the risk of constructive project and established the management system and the process of identification risk,the specific reason for risk was analysed,strategy to deal with constructive project risk was indicated.
