红细胞内血红蛋白相互作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)是红细胞的主要组成成分,是红细胞运输氧气的主要执行者。在人体数万种蛋白质中,Hb一直作为描述蛋白质结构以及结构与功能关系的重要范例而被广泛和相当透彻地研究。然而在活细胞中,蛋白质并不是独立地完成被赋予的功能,它们通常与其它蛋白质相互作用形成复合体,进而在特定的时间和空间内完成特定的功能。研究红细胞内Hb相互作用是最终阐明红细胞携氧及抗氧化功能的关键所在。
