鱼腥草内生真菌的分离、鉴定及抑菌活性研究

Isolation,Identification and the Antibacterial Activity of Endophytic Fungi from Houttuynia cordata Thunb.

[目的]分离和鉴定鱼腥草中的内生真菌,并检测其发酵液抑菌活性。[方法]用组织块法分离内生真菌,通过形态分类学方法进行鉴定,并用滤纸片法对4种指示菌进行体外抑菌试验。[结果]从鱼腥草各器官中共分离得到13株内生真菌。其中,根中1株,茎中10株,叶中2株;经形态鉴定,其分别属于子囊菌纲的毛壳菌属和半知菌亚门的曲霉属、镰孢属、茎点霉属及丝核菌属;12株内生真菌发酵液对至少1种指示菌有抑菌活性,而2株内生真菌的发酵液具有强抑菌活性。[结论]鱼腥草中存在具抑菌活性的内生真菌,可作为筛选抑菌活性物质的新资源。

[ Objective ] To isolate and identify the endophytic fungi in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. , so as to detect the antibacterial activity of their fermentation liquor. [ Method] Endophytie fungi were isolated by issue-culture method and then identified by microbial morphology, the filter paper was used to do the microbial inhibition experiment against four kinds of indicator bacteria. [ Result] 13 strains belonging to Chaeto- mium of Aseomycetes, and Aspergillus, Fusarium, Phoma and Rhizoctonia of Deuteromyeofina were isolated, of which one fi＇om roots, ten from stem, and two from leaves respectively, and the fermentation liquor of 12 strains have the antimierobial activity against one of four pathogenic microbes at least, and the fermentation liquor of two strains showed strong antimicrobial activity. [ Conclusion] Endophytic fungi in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. , whose fermentation liquor have antibacterial activities, could be a kind of new resource to screen active substance with anti- bacterial activity.
