摘要
[目的]了解毛蚶形态性状对活体重的影响效果。[方法]随机选取120只毛蚶,测量其壳长、壳宽、壳高和活体重。采用通径分析方法,研究毛蚶3个形态性状对活体重的影响。结果表明,毛蚶壳长、壳宽和壳高与活体重的相关系数均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。壳高对活体重的直接作用和综合决定系数最大。通过多元回归分析,建立了毛蚶壳长、壳宽、壳高对活体重的回归方程。壳高是影响活体重的主要因素。[结论]该研究为毛蚶的育种提供了理论依据。
[ Objective] To study the effect of morphological traits on the live body weight of Scapharca subcrenat. [ Method ] 120 Scapharca subcrenata were randomly selected, and their shell length, shell width, shell height and live body weight were measured. The effects of the three morphological traits on live body weight were studied by path analysis. [ Result] The shell length, shell width, shell height and the live body weight were positively correlated ( P 〈 0.01 ). Shell height had the greatest direct effect and comprehensive determinant coefficients on the live body weight. The multiple regression equations were obtained to estimate the influence of shell width, length and height on live body weight. The shell height was the key factor influencing the live body weight. [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for breeding of Scapharca subcrenat.
