摘要
以石家庄市土地价格为例,利用SPSS软件对城市地价与用地规模进行相关性分析,采用可能-满意度模型和"地价-用地规模"模型预测多因素约束条件下石家庄市2012年的城市合理用地规模,并对2个模型得到的结论进行对比分析,指出"地价-用地规模"模型可科学预测城市合理用地规模。
With the land price in Shijiazhuang for example, the relationships between urban land price and land use scale were analyzed by SPSS software, The reasonable urban land use scale in Shijiazhuang in 2012 was forecasted under the constraints of multiple factors by the possibility-satisfaction model and land price-land use scale model, and then the forecast results of two models were compared. It was concluded that the land price-land use scale model was more scientific to forecast the reasonable land use scale in urban areas.
