Construction of a Multi-layer and Multi-form Comprehensive Rural Old-age Security System in Guangxi Province

以广西地区为例研究了农村养老保险的多种模式,并对综合养老、机构养老和居家养老各自的优缺点进行了分析和比较,认为多层次、多形式、综合性的养老保障体系是实现广西农村老有所养的目标的有效方式。

With a case study of Guangxi Province, the various modes of rural old-age insurance were studied, and then the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive old-age system, old-age support by institutes and old-age support by families were analyzed and compared, and it was concluded that a multi-layer and multi-form comprehensive rural old-age security system is the effective way to guarantee the rural old ages be taken care in Guangxi Province.
