新生代农民工教育培训的难点及对策分析

Analysis on Difficulties and Countermeasures of New Generation Peasant Labors' Training

新生代农民工已经成为我国城市化进程中不可缺少的组成部分,但是由于目前我国农民工教育培训存在着认识、体制、管理等多方面问题,使得他们的综合素质与社会经济发展之间仍存在一定的差距。从新生代农民工教育培训存在的问题入手,提出了解决的办法。

New generation peasant labors have become a necessary part of China urbanization, but there is still a large gap between their comprehensive quality and socio-economic development, due to the problems in their recognition, mechanism and management of trainings. In this paper, some solutions were proposed to resolve the problems in the training of new generation peasant labors.
