摘要
从杭州农药厂的活性污泥中获得一系列菌株,经分离纯化后,得到一株能够降解胺菊酯的菌株,命名为Tet-1.将菌株Tet-1测得的16S rDNA序列在GenBank和RDP数据库中进行BLAST比对分析,将其鉴定为Ancylobacter属(Ancylobactersp.).根据Tet-1生长特性和胺菊酯降解实验结果表明:Tet-1能以胺菊酯为唯一碳源生长,培养7 d后,Tet-1菌株对50mg/L的胺菊酯的降解率为54.0±0.9%.降解胺菊酯在30℃左右时降解效果较好,最适pH为7.0左右.
A bacterium Tet - 1, which was capable of utilizing tetramethrin as sole carbon source and degrading tetramethrin, was isolated from the sludge of pesticide factory of Hangzhou, and identified as Ancylobacter sp. based on the analysis of 16S rDNA gene. The growth and degrading characteristics of this bacterium were tested, the results showed that after 7 d, the degradation rate ofS0.0 mg/L tetramethrin is 54 +0.9%, the optimal pH and temperature for Tet - 1 to degrade tetramethrin are pH 7.0 and 30℃, respectively.
